Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 September 2026

This policy explains how Incredo Media ("Where's My Leads", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit wheresmyleads.com or contact us. We are the data controller for that personal data.

1. Who we are

Incredo Media
Haukilahdenkuja 15, Finland
Contact: naapruinpojat@gmail.com

We're a young agency and are still finalising our formal business registration details. This page will be updated with our registration number once that's complete.

2. What data we collect

  • Data you give us — when you submit the contact form or email us: your name, email address, company name and website, and anything you write in your message.
  • Data collected automatically — when you visit the site: standard web server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed. We do not currently run analytics or advertising tracking (e.g. no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel) on this site.
  • Cookies — we do not set any non-essential cookies, so no cookie consent banner is required.

3. Why we use it and our legal basis

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide our services — performance of a contract or legitimate interests (responding to people who contact us).
  • To operate, secure and improve the website — legitimate interests.
  • To meet legal and accounting obligations — legal obligation.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, under contract and only as needed:

  • Website hosting and contact-form handling — Netlify
  • Email — Google (Gmail)
  • Call scheduling — Calendly

These providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where that happens, they provide appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to respond to you. If you become a client, we keep records for the duration of the engagement plus whatever period Finnish accounting law requires. We don't keep personal data longer than necessary.

6. Your rights

Subject to conditions in the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise a right, email naapruinpojat@gmail.com.

You can also complain to Finland's supervisory authority, the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuojavaltuutetun toimisto).

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including HTTPS, access controls and reputable service providers. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the current version.
